The App does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease
Recommendations are general wellness insights, not prescriptions

6. AI-Generated Content
Some features of Varsity Stack may use artificial intelligence.
You acknowledge that:

AI-generated insights are not guaranteed
You remain responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content
7. Anti-Doping & Compliance Disclaimer
Varsity Stack may reference third-party certifications (ex: NSF Certified for Sport®, Informed Sport®), but:
We do not guarantee compliance with NCAA, WADA, USADA, or other governing bodies
Manufacturing variability and contamination risk always exist
You are solely responsible for verifying compliance with your sport’s rules
8. Subscriptions & Payments
a. Subscription Access
Varsity Stack may offer free and paid subscription tiers that provide access to additional features, insights, or tools.
Subscription features, pricing, and availability will be clearly disclosed within the App before purchase.
b. Billing & Payment Processing
All payments are processed through the Apple App Store (or other authorized platform providers).
Varsity Stack does not store your payment information.
Billing terms, including taxes, are governed by the platform through which you purchase the subscription.
c. Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You authorize the platform provider to charge your payment method for renewal unless canceled.
d. Managing or Canceling Subscriptions
You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device’s account settings (ex: Apple ID → Subscriptions).
Deleting the App does not automatically cancel a subscription.
e. Refunds
All refund requests are handled by the platform provider (ex: Apple App Store) and are subject to their refund policies.
Varsity Stack does not issue refunds directly.
f. Changes to Pricing or Features
Varsity Stack reserves the right to:

Understand that deleting the App may remove locally stored data
Varsity Stack is not responsible for data loss due to device changes or deletion.
11. Intellectual Property
All content, software, designs, logos, and branding are owned by Varsity Stack or its licensors.
You may not:
Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
Use Varsity Stack branding without written permission
12. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
Use the App for illegal purposes
Misuse or abuse the Services
Attempt to bypass security or safeguards
Scrape, resell, or redistribute content
Impersonate others or submit false information
13. Termination
Varsity Stack may suspend or terminate access if:
These Terms are violated
The App is misused
Continued access poses legal, security, or compliance risk

We make no warranties regarding:

Availability or uninterrupted service
Fitness for a particular purpose
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Varsity Stack shall not be liable for:

Lost data, performance outcomes, or profits
Injuries or adverse health effects
Your sole remedy is to stop using the App.
