Built by athletes who had the same problem.

We were two teammates who could not tell which supplements were safe, and could not stay consistent with the ones we took. Varsity Stack is the system we wanted.

It started with a question we could not answer

We were teammates on the University of South Carolina Track & Field team, and we optimized everything. Supplements were the one place the system ran out.

Our sports dietitian knew exactly what every athlete needed. What they did not have was a way to get it to all of them and see what happened next: recommendations passed along in a hallway, products turning up in lockers that nobody had cleared, and no single view of who was taking what. On our side, supplements simply went untaken, because there was no reminder and no record.

And a program can only buy so much. Athletes buy the rest themselves: online, at a store, from a parent or a teammate. None of it appears anywhere staff can see. This is not a small leak.

bought supplements outside their athletic department

A program is accountable for what its athletes take, and roughly half of it is bought somewhere the program cannot see. Knowing exactly what every athlete is on, wherever the product came from, is the entire job.

And we had a dietitian. Most athletes never do. A high school sprinter or a walk-on faces the same questions with nobody to ask.

No athlete should have to guess what is going into their body, and no staff should have to chase a whole roster to find out.

Every athlete deserves to know exactly what is going into their body.

A walk-on with no staff behind her and a Division I program running a full roster get the same answer about the same product.

Your stack deserves better intelligence.
